The buyer will be compensated for the amount of rejected products exceeding that of the contractually agreed upon amount, in case of a discrepancy in quantity upon delivery the customer will be compensated for the amount missing. To make a claim eligible for compensation the customer must provide sufficient evidence for any discrepancy between the results and the amount contractually agreed upon. In case of a hatchability claim, to be eligible for compensation the customer must set the eggs within 48 hours of arrival at destination and have sent the hatchability results for each shipment within 30 days after each respective shipment. When a hatchability claim is made, we will compare the results to those of the same kind of eggs from different hatcheries to determine if the hatchability result is lower than contractually agreed due to improper handling. We may also send a representative to inspect the hatchery, hatching process and a sample of the unhatched eggs. If there is evidence of improper handling of the goods the customer is not eligible for compensation.

Compensation
You can be compensated through either payment reduction of the owed amount for a future shipment or a refund of the owed amount. The time and method of compensation will be discussed with the customer.
